  • Robin Smith

    Hi! Coach Robin Smith here. CrossFit Level 2 certified coach, and Affiliate owner of KRRAK CrossFit. I'm the wife of Coach Jon and the mother of 8 kids. I've been coaching and competing in CrossFit since 2010 & worked in a PT clinic where we used CrossFit to help rehab injured athletes of all ages and athletic backgrounds. I’m passionate in helping people achieve the entire picture of health and fitness. I am blessed by this community. Nehemiah 8:10 “The Joy of the Lord is my strength”

    Sean is a passionate CrossFit coach who has been immersed in the world of CrossFit since 2019. With a particular affinity for coaching the Olympic lifts, he brings his technical expertise and enthusiasm to every training session. Sean ultimate goal is to continually push his boundaries and become fit enough physically and mentally to someday outperform AJ in a challenging workout. Beyond his role as a coach, Sean works as an analytical chemist during the day, leveraging his scientific background to solve complex problems. In addition to his professional pursuits, he cherishes the role of being a loving father to his two daughters, finding fulfillment in his family and fitness.

    Hello, Alicia Julius here. Most people call me AJ. I have been married to my very forgiving husband Phil for almost 19 years. We have 3 children: Wyatt (16), Wade (15) and Willow (6). For me, being a spouse and a mom requires Jesus daily. His mercies are new EVERY day and heaven changes everything for me. We live on a mini farm south of Decatur and raise our own grass-fed beef. My days are filled with homeschooling my children, watching my kids play sports and coaching CrossFit.

    I have been doing CrossFit since 2011 and have been a certified level 1 CrossFit coach since 2018. If you know me, you know I’m a competitor. CrossFit has given me the opportunity to compete in my later years and I’m so thankful for that outlet. CrossFit has also given me the community aspect that I crave. CrossFit people are some of the best people. Lastly, I love coachable people. My best days are when I see someone work, work, work at a skill and then finally master it! Ahhh,, it’s the best!

    I’m super thankful God allowed Robin and I to cross paths years ago because now we get to do life together and KRRAK together!

    My son introduced me to CrossFit back in 2015. I was 52 and over

    Weight. My first workout was rowing and box jumps. I loved it and immediately signed up for the fundamentals class so I could get started. I have competed in all but one CrossFit Open since I started. Still continuing to improve every year. Last year was my best performance at 60.

    After a few years of being involved in CrossFit I thought it would be a good idea to take the level 1 training class in 2021 so I could begin coaching and teaching members the skills and techniques required to improve on all movements in crossfit.

    My favorite movements are squat snatch, OHS, squat cleans, pull-ups.

    I have been married to my wife Wendy for 37 years. We have 3 boys who are all married and 5 grandchildren.

    Im looking forward to helping others better themselves through CrossFit which in turn will lead to a better quality of life.
